HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FRESH FLOWERS?

Caring for Flair Flower Bar & Studio Flowers in Signature Boxes

  • Keep your Flair Flower Bar & Studio Box arrangement indoors, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Make sure to keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit) and avoid placing it near ceiling fans, televisions, or radiators.
  • For Signature Boxes, add a half-cup of water every other day to the middle of the box, into the foam at the base.
  • If needed, re-cut the stems at a 45-degree angle with pruning clippers and place them back into the water absorbed foam.

Caring for Flair Flower Bar Bouquets and Arrangements in Vases:

  • For bouquets and arrangements in vases, check the water level every day and change the water every other day.
  • Re-cut the stems at a 45-degree angle with pruning clippers and place them back into the water-filled vase.

Remember, flowers are delicate and require care to stay beautiful.


WHY DON’T MY FLOWERS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONES ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Our commitment to our customers is delivering fresh, seasonal flowers. If a specific flower is unavailable due to the season or market, we will replace it with a comparable flower of the same color, size, and price.

 

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE POLICY?

We guarantee our fresh flowers for 72 hours. If you are having problems keeping your flowers alive, please give us a call and we will help you trouble shoot. There are rare times when flowers just simply do not last long...especially in the heat of summer, so please call us if yours die within 72 hours and we will replace them for you. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided above.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

We do offer same-day delivery Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. Any order placed online or by phone after 11am CST will be delivered the following business day. If we are able to deliver the same day, any orders placed after 11pm will incur a $20 same-day fee. (Exceptions: Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day which require an order in advance).
Delivery guidelines:
Please confirm your recipient's availability to receive the flowers on the date of delivery, as we deliver directly to their hands. We cannot leave flowers outside, so we will try to coordinate the delivery time but cannot guarantee a specific window.
We will text your recipient on the day of delivery to ensure they will be available. If they cannot receive the flowers, we will attempt delivery only once, and if unsuccessful, we will offer an in-store pickup. Please note, we do not offer refunds for delivery charges, and we do not accept returns if the recipient refuses the delivery.
